Beyond Corporate Responsibility
As the saying goes, it takes a village to raise a child. Here at GSC we see that as part of the community, it is our responsibility to provide support where we can, positively influencing the next generation.
We believe that all children should have an equal chance to learn and develop as they make their journey into adulthood. To ensure this we:
- Regularly donate SEND soft play equipment to local children’s centres who are desperately in need of funding to care for their young people.
- Support local schools with learning resources and special donations, such as computers during the COVID pandemic, helping students in need learn from home.
- Collaborate with our existing supply chain partners, to support them and their dependents in their learning and development journey.
- Seek to engage with like-minded charitable organisations and outreach programs that work towards similar goals.
As of 2024 we have become a corporate sponsor of Gifts from Fairies, who run a Community Outreach program, and gather donations to make beautiful gifts for children who are in need for special occasions. With over 4.3 million children growing up in poverty right now in the UK, this not-for-profit organisation is dedicated to spreading a little happiness, and making a lasting change through helping young children in need or who are in looked after care.
